We do not sell, rent, or broker student data. Not to schools, not to lenders, not to advertisers, not to anyone. You can browse every scholarship on this site without an account and without giving us anything.
What we collect
- Deadline alert signups. If you subscribe, we store your email address and the page you subscribed from. We use it to send scholarship alerts and nothing else. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Messages you send us. If you email us or use a form, we keep the message so we can reply.
- Anonymous analytics. We use Google Analytics to count page views and see which scholarships people look for. This is aggregate traffic data, not a profile of you.
That is the complete list. We do not ask for your name, school, GPA, income, or immigration status, because we do not need any of it to show you a scholarship.
What happens when you click through to a sponsor
Applications are submitted on the sponsor's own site, never here. We do not process applications, receive your application materials, or see what you submit. Once you leave this site, the sponsor's privacy policy applies, so it is worth reading it before you hand over documents.
Outbound links to sponsors carry nofollow, and paid placements additionally carry sponsored.
Advertising
Where the site shows advertising, it is labelled. Ad networks may set their own cookies, which you can control through your browser settings or your Google Ads settings. We do not pass any information about you to advertisers.
Removing your data
Email [email protected] and ask. We will delete your address and any correspondence, and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not try to talk you out of it.
Children
This site is for students researching college funding, many of whom are high school students. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has subscribed, email us and we will remove it immediately.
